Actoz Soft has designated Chien Tung Hai(全東海) as a vice president at a general meeting of stockholders on the 6th of January.

Chien Tung Hai is also the CEO of Eyedentity of <Dragonnest> and a vice president of Shanda Games. So he is working for 3 firms simultaneously.

He is recognized that he is quite familiar with Korean game industry since he had worked for number of Korean gaming companies such as Webzen and WeMade for a long time and has been appointed as the CEO of Eyedentity after Shanda Games took over it.

Meanwhile there is a rumor that Actoz Soft and Eyedentity will likely be merged as they alike share an executive and are subsidiaries of Shanda Games.

“I do not know anything about  the merger. It is totally up to Shanda Games’ policy but I guess it is highly unlikely because the two firms are in different fields of business and service, though some synergy is expected,” said an Actoz Soft official.
